1. Product Description and Order Confirmation

Please carefully review all product descriptions and details before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it becomes non-refundable. All products are made to order, and exchanges are not offered. Each return and refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as outlined below.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept it. If the packaging appears intact but the product is damaged, please provide photos and a video (if possible) of the unboxing.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Conditions for Return

Products that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense, with no refund.

4. Customised Products

Customized products are non-returnable.

5. Damage Reporting

If your product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement by returning the item. Once we receive the returned product, a new one will be carefully crafted and shipped to you. Please allow 15–20 working days for the complete replacement process.

Customers are required to notify us of any of the above-mentioned issues within 48 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you of the refund approval. If approved, the amount of the product will be refunded into your bank account within 10-15 working days.  Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
